There are steps that you need to take so that your property receives maximum exposure to attract a ready, willing and able buyer. The appearance of your home, a buyer’s first impression, and other considerations can also affect the sale of your home. We’ll review this & any further questions you may have-when we meet.
❖ Your home is added to the MLS database, which provides information about your property to Realtors
❖ A sign will be placed in your front yard
❖ Your home is photographed for custom online and print advertising
❖ Your property will have a “broker open”, which is advertised to the local real estate community, allowing agents from all companies the ability to tour your home.
❖ I will host an advertised public open house at least once a month-more if necessary
❖ Custom brochure/Fact Sheets are created and shared with buyers &
